Responsibilities:

• Handle the Company products in the authorized dealers' marketplace such as Lazada, Shopee and etc.
• Manage e-Commerce customers and all potential leads through effective and timely reply of email, WhatsApp and etc.
• Maintaining product listing, update of pricing, image, stock and propose promo mechanism for all online platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing all e-Commerce and other digital advertising campaigns including Facebook Ads, Keywords and etc.
• To assist the Management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns and etc.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative task.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated.
• Good communication skill and able to communicate with all level of people.
• Independent.
• Meticulous and have an eye for details.
• Good spoken and written in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• A good team player.

• Responsible for network testing and network troubleshoot.
• Prepare and maintain training materials for local service team and corporate clients.
• Product testing and evaluation, report product quality issue and firmware issue.
• As technical point of contact, e.g engineering team, customer and vendor.
• Work with local team to provide technical support for the corporate clients.

Requirements : 

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong.
• 2 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
