Job Duties：

1. Manage office suppliers and offce purchase
2. Assit in fleet management
3. RMA flow management
4. Manage office current stock inventories
5. Assist in company event holding
6. Maintain and advise office procedure and policies to HR manager
7. Assist the HR manager in other work aspects and inquiries

Requirements:

1. HBO/WO student eligible to work as an intern
2. Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, Dutch is a plus
3. Familiar with office software, Excel is a must.
4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
6. Structured and well organised 

What we Offer：

Internship subsidy: 750 euro/month based on 40 hours per week plus travel reimbursement
