What should I do if the Bluetooth icon doesn’t appear after driver installation?

A1. Make sure you have turned on the Bluetooth in Windows settings.

Tips:

For Windows 11

Step 1. On the taskbar, Click the Network icon. Select the Bluetooth to turn it On or Off.

Step 2. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices, then turn Bluetooth on.

For Windows 10

Step 1. Click the Start button, then select Settings > Devices> Bluetooth & other devices.

Step 2. Toggle the Bluetooth button to turn it On.

A2. Make sure you have disabled other Bluetooth devices on the computer before you insert the adapter. Otherwise, withdraw the adapter and disable other Bluetooth devices in Device Manager. Then, insert the adapter and try again.

Tip:

To access Device Manager: Right-click My Computer or This PC, select Manage, go to Device Manager, and disable all existing Bluetooth devices.
