1. Fix the security vulnerabilities of TL-SG108E V1 Utility.
2. Fix the bug that the ports from VLAN1 cannot be removed in the specified situation.
3. Fix the bug that the LAG entries cannot be removed  in the specified situation.
4. Fix the bug that switch cannot remember the user name and password on WIN7 or more advanced OS.
5. Fix the bug that changing the password maybe causes the software to crash on WIN8.1.
