Why can’t I subscribe to the HomeShield Pro service service?

NOTE: Make sure that you have a router/Deco product that supports the HomeShield feature. If your TP-Link ID isn’t bound with a product that supports the HomeShield function, you won’t be able to see the HomeShield subscription page.

If you failed to subscribe to the HomeShield Pro service, please refer to the following troubleshooting:

For iOS

  1. Check if your iOS version is iOS10 or higher.
  2. Make sure your network is stable to load the service subscription.

For Android

  1. Make sure you have installed Google Play on your phone.
  2. Check if you have logged in with your Google account.
  3. Make sure your network is stable to load the service subscription.
  4. Make sure the phone system version is api3 or higher.
