This role focuses on the Enterprise Network & CCTV segment. As the B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your expertise in IP Networking and CCTV industries. Your responsibilities will encompass developing strong relationships with channel partners and system integrators, generating sales demand, achieving sales targets, and fostering team development.     Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

    • Generate new sales and gather sales/project demand from customers.

    Work Experience Requirements:

    • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in B2B-related IP Networking Industries.
    • Essential work experience in the IP Surveillance CCTV industry.
    • Proven track record in sales development, B2B/Corporate customer development, and key account management.
    • Familiarity with business structures of Corporate Networking Brands such as UBNT, Ruijie, Zyxel, Aruba, MikroTik, Planet, Hikvision, Dahua, Ruckus, Cisco, and Extreme Networks.
    • Strong relationships with system integrators and project partners.
    • Experience in team building and management, including work experience as a team leader.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
