Address Reservation allows you to reserve an IP address for a device. The device will always receive the same IP address when it connects to Deco, which makes administering and troubleshooting the device easier.
Here we take Deco M5 as an example.
1. Launch the Deco app, and tap More->Advanced->Address Reservation.
2. Tap the + icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select a device, then click Done to complete the configuration.
4. Tap the completed item, then you will be able to change the IP address assigned to the device.
If you have changed the IP address, click on Save to save the settings.
How to remove Address Reservation.
On Android: Hold the IP reservation profile, then it will prompt up an option to delete.
On IOS: Swipe the address reservation to the left and it will prompt an option for delete.
