Fixed the bug that it can't forward multicast packets when it works in AP Client/Universal Repeater mode;

Modifications and Bug Fixes:

Fix a bug that the backup file can change the MAC address;
Make the APC has the same MAC address with AP in Repeater mode;
Fix a bug that the Windows 7 system may ask for username and password if AP is in Repeater mode with WEP security;
Fix a bug that if a wireless PC connect 802.1x radius server through it, it will cut the connection in short time;
Fixed a bug in Multi-SSID mode that the AP cannot forward the packets which are bigger than 1514 bytes.
