1.fixed the bug that the upgrade process is slow or even failed when managing the device with IPv6 address.
2.solve the problem that the IPv6 ready log can not pass the self test.
3.solve the problem that the SSL protocol can not be configed to SSL v3 by the SNMP

New Features/Enhancement:

1.Improved security level.
2.Added the switch to select SSL versions,including SSL3.0 and TLS1.0.
3.Added the switch for telnet,http,https.Http and https interfaces can not be shutdown simultaneously.
4.Added the switch for encryption algorithms of SSH and SSL.
5.Configuration by different management interfaces are divided by TCP port independently.

Bug fixed:
1.Fixed the bug that the last number port PVID can not be modified.
2.Fixed the bug that SNMP process crashes down when walking public MIB.
3.Fixed the bug that short time invalid division of broadcast domains before the completion
of port initialization.
