What can I do if I can’t view video from cloud camera?
Note:This FAQ is suitable for all TP-Link cloud cameras including NC200, NC220, NC250 and so on. Here we take NC200 as example.
To view video you have to install Plugin. Please make sure it is installed successfully.
1. When you login to the camera’s web page at the first time, a prompt box will pop out to remind you to download Plugin,
please select download. And install the Plugin on your computer.
Note: if the prompt box does not show up please go to tplinkcloud.com to download the web plugin manually.
2. After installation, please refresh the camera’s web page or restart the browser.
When the browser prompt you to run the plugin, just select Run Add-on or Always run on this site.Refresh the browser again, and then the video should come out.
Note: If the video still won’t show up, please make sure your whole network is stable enough for video transferring.
