How do I view my video recordings?

This Article Applies to: 

You need to login your kasa account in the Kasa app to view and download the recorded clips of your cameras. Clips are maintained based on your subscription plan of Kasa Care.  

 

For Android:

Launch the Kasa App and in the top right corner, tap the “Bell” icon.

Find the clip you want to view and tap on it to play or tap on “More” to download/share/remove the clip.

For iOS:

Launch the Kasa App, then in the bottom right corner, please tap on the “Bell/Activity” icon.

Find the clip you want to view and tap on it to play, or tap on “More” to download/share/remove the clip.
