TP-Link @ CeBIT 2011

With over 4000 exhibiting companies from 68 countries, over 5000 journalists from 66 countries, and 340,000 attendees CeBIT is the world's largest trade show for computers and telephony. TP-Link established our most impressive presence to date in Hanover, with a larger, more attractive booth, and a host of cutting-edge products.

TP-Link was displaying some of our newest products, meeting new partners and forging stronger relationships with existing allies from Europe and around the globe. On show from TP-Link were our newest Home and Office wireless products, most notably, our 450Mbps Simultaneous Dual Band Wireless Gigabit Router; new outdoor solutions, Powerline Adapters, brand new 300Mbps Wireless VoIP ADSL2+ Modem Router, as well as TP-Link independently developed JetStream® Switches.

There were many products that roused a great deal of interest from onlookers and partners alike. Most prominently showcased at CeBIT was TP-Link's newest wireless router, the TL-WR2843ND Simultaneous Dual Band Wireless Gigabit Router, pushing the envelope on the definition of home networking. At 450Mbps, this newest addition to the TP-Link wireless router family is designed to power a robust home network featuring multiple devices operating simultaneously running bandwidth-heavy applications. With Simultaneous dual band technology, the TL-WR2843ND is like two wireless routers in one, with one band operating at 2.4 GHz and the other at 5 GHz at the same time for the most robust signal coverage possible. Another feature sparking keen interest is the router's Beam Forming technology, more typical in industrial wireless applications; it manipulates the signal between connected devices and the router and calibrates it to find the most efficient route possible.

Another product of interest, particularly for the European market was TP-Link's newest homeplug adapter, the TL-PA511 AV500 Mini Powerline Adapter. With 500Mbps speeds and Gigabit Ethernet port, this device is ideally suited to building an ultra-fast home network for HD Video or IPTV streaming, without the hassle and expense of running unsightly Ethernet cables or the renovations that come with them. 

Also for maximum home or office networking benefit on show at CeBIT was TP-Link's newest innovation, our first VoIP Gateway. The TD-VG3630 300Mbps Wireless N VoIP ADSL2+ Modem Router is surely one of the most heavily integrated networking products on the market today. Capable of facilitating a fast Internet connection, sharing the connection at fast Wireless N speeds and providing a Voice over IP (VoIP) Gateway, making it a fantastic cost-saving solution. What's more, the TD-VG3630 also features a USB port on its back panel to share printers, flash storage, voice mailbox, and even a 3G Modem!  

Last but not least of the hottest TP-Link products at CeBIT was TP-Link's newest outdoor Wireless Access Point, the TL-WA7510N 5GHz High Power Wireless Outdoor Access Point, designed for WISP CPE and long distance wireless networking solutions. Operating at 5GHz, and with wireless speeds of 150Mbps, the TL-WA7510N is ideal for small businesses and homes with long range networking requirements.
