TP-Link'S ALL-IN-ONE 150MBPS WIRELESS MODEM ROUTER IMPRESSES AGAIN IN ENGLAND
England's PC Advisor (http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk) had good things to say about TP-Link's TL-W8950ND 150Mbps Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router in its review of the product on their website. With 4 1/2 out of five stars, the modem was awarded with the site's ‘Best Buy' award.
The reviewers seemed somewhat surprised with the modem router, given how affordable it is, saying “For something so cheap, surely something is missing? Well. Not much.” The TL-W8950ND features 150Mbps wireless speeds for fast transfer rates and stable connections, even at longer distances and through obstacles. “We were impressed to find only a little throughput drop-off up to two walls away on 11g. The TP-Link took 4 minutes and 29 seconds to transfer our test files with the router next to the laptop. Through two walls this rose to 5 minutes and 7 seconds.” supports the review.
With easy setup for the device's basic functions, including robust security, the testers at PC Advisor had no problem getting down to business with the product, saying “TP-Link has done a great job to make installation as easy as pie and the wizard takes an absolute novice through the entire process.”
