What should I do if my tpCamera shows black video with data transferring?
Some customers will encounter this problem:
When use tpCamera APP to view the video, there is data transferring, but no image shows in the APP, sometimes it’s all black.
If you meet this problem, please check your camera UPNP setting:
In management website Advanced>>Network>>UPnP
Please choose “Enable” to enable UPnP Port Forwarding function.
The root reason
Some router have a superior security, and it blocks some ports which are not used in normal conditions. Sometime our video stream needs to open port for transferring video data, but once one of the port is blocked by router, the video will show black
