Improve downstream rate.

Fix a bug that UPnP function will not enabled after PPP dial-up.
Fix a bug that Dynamic IP can´t be used when work at PPP mode.

Keep only one PPPoE connection (VPI/VCI: 8/35) in WAN port;
Dial on demand feature is disabled by default;
DHCP pool is set from 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.200;
Fixed some port forwarding bugs caused the user can´t access the internal web server with WAN IP address or LAN IP address;
Fixed a bug caused the user can´t use IP address x.x.0.x as DMZ address.
