4G 5G Routers (Including Deco, LTE Gateway and MiFi) have no Internet due to 464XLAT technology used by some operators (e.g., Jio, Globe)
Troubleshooting
Determine whether the performance of the problem is that the web management page shows that the IPv6 address is obtained but the IPv4 address is not obtained. If so, it is recommended to ask the ISP whether their network uses 464XLAT technology. If so, please refer to the following solution.
Solution 1: Create a New APN Profile
For models without beta solutions, please try to manually create an APN Profile, change PDP type to IPv4 only and keep other settings the same as the default profile used. If you don't know how to create a new APN entry, please refer to: What should I do if no APN profile or wrong APN profile is detected by TP-Link Wireless 4G LTE Router?
Solution 2: Beta Firmware
There are already some models with beta firmware supporting XLAT released in our community. Please download and install them for the routers from this link: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G. After that, please create a new APN for your ISP and the PDP Type should be XLAT. For Jio SIM, it is not necessary to create the new APN profile.
Solution 3: Update the ISP File
The ISP file on the official website www.tp-link.com/en has been updated. You can check whether the problem is solved after updating the ISP file. References: How to upgrade the ISP information of TP-Link Wireless Dual Band 4G LTE Router (new logo).
If the problem still exists after the above troubleshooting, please contact TP-Link Support and provide the following information:
1. Model number, hardware, and firmware version of your router.
2. The troubleshooting steps you have tried and the results.
3. When and where did you purchase it? Was it working fine before?
4. Who is the SIM card provider (Internet service provider)?
