Yes, you can install the Smart Thermostatic Radiator Valve in your bathroom. However, do not install it in a spot where it is likely to get splashed or have high moisture levels that can cause condensation. You should install them at least 1.2 m away from the bath or shower, and at least 0.6 m away from your washbasin, sink, or water tap.
