What to do if my floodlight camera cannot power on

Please consult or have it performed by a licensed electrician.

  • Make sure you have turned on the circuit breaker.
  • Check that the bracket and camera are firmly attached.

  • Turn off the circuit breaker and check that the wires are well-connected to the bracket and the screws are tightened.

  • Reset the circuit breaker and verify wires are working properly. Make sure the power supply voltage is 110 V~240 V. It’s recommended to consult or have it performed by a licensed electrician.
