The Deny List feature of the Deco allows you to block a device from accessing your Deco network.
Here we take Deco M5 as an example.
Method 1:
1. Open Deco App, tap the device you want to block, click on the Settings icon at the top right corner, then click on the three circles icon at the top right corner and you will see Deny List, tap the Deny List to block the device.
2. Once the device is blocked, if you want to unblock it, tap the three circles icon on the top right corner and click on Unblock.
Method 2:
1. Go to More>Deny List page, tap the “+” icon at the top right corner, if the device is connected to the Deco network already, click on Clients and select the device you want to deny to block it.
If the device is not connected to the Deco network, tap Other Devices and add the device’s MAC address manually to block it.
2. If you want to unblock the device, click on the three circles icon and tap Remove.
